Chicken Salad

Ingredients


3 ½ Pounds
Chicken, cooked & diced
2 11 oz cans
Mandarin Oranges, drained
2 Cups
Green Grapes
1 Cup
Celery, diced
1 Cup
Cauliflower, broken in pieces
½ Cup
Pecans
1 ½ Cups
Cold Cooked Rice
2/3 Cup
Salad Dressing
1/3 Cup
French Dressing
½ Tsp
Curry Powder
1 Tsp
Salt

Directions


For dressing: combine salad dressing, French dressing, curry powder and salt. Blend well. For salad: combine chicken, mandarin oranges, grapes, celery, cauliflower, pecans and rice. Stir in dressing. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
