Ingredients


1 Box
Stove Top stuffing mix
1 Stick
Butter
2 ½ Cups, enough to make moist
Chicken Broth or Water
3-4 Cups
Chicken, cooked & deboned
½ Cup
Celery, chopped
¼ Cup
Onion, chopped
½ Cup
Mayo or salad dressing

Eggs, beaten
½ Cup
Milk
1 Can
Cream Soup
Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions


Use glass pan or slow cooker. For dressing mixture: Combine Stove Top stuffing mix, butter, and broth. For chicken mixture: Combine chicken, celery, onion, and mayo. Put half of dressing mixture in pan. Put half of chicken over dressing. Repeat with remaining dressing and chicken. Mix eggs and milk. Pour over dressing and chicken. Cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Take out about 1 hour before baking. Put soup over top and bake @ 350 for 50 minutes. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top 10 minutes before done.
