Crockpot Lasagna

Ingredients


1 Pound
Ground Beef, browned & drained
1 Tsp
Salt
½ Tsp
Pepper
½ Tsp
Garlic Powder
8 Ounces
Pizza or Spaghetti Sauce
1 15 oz can
Tomato Sauce
1 Tbsp
White Sugar
8 Ounces
Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup (8 oz)
Sour Cream
½ Tsp
Onion Salt
1 Can
Mushrooms, optional
8 Ounces
Wide Egg Noodles
½ Cup
Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Directions


Brown beef and drain. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Stir in pizza sauce, tomato sauce, sugar and mushrooms. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream and onion salt. Boil noodles and layer in the crockpot starting with beef. Top with beef to prevent drying out. Add cheddar cheese as last layer. Cook at least 4-5 hours on low.
