Thin Pancakes

Ingredients

Eggs
1 Cup
Flour
2 Tsp
Baking Powder
1 Tsp
Salt
2 Cups
Milk
2 Tbsp
Butter, Melted

Directions


Beat eggs well. Add the rest of the ingredients. Beat all together until smooth. Grease skillet lightly. Pour in batter to cover the bottom of the pan thinly or make thin pancake on flat griddle. Cook until brown on bottom. Loosen with spatula and flip. Brown flipped side. Serve with favorite toppings.
