Stove Top Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients


2 Tbsp
Butter
3 Cups
Potatoes, raw, Sliced
1 Cup
Water, Boiling
1 Cup
Evaporated Milk

Directions


Melt butter in a 10 inch skillet. Add potatoes. Cook about 3-4 minutes or until butter has almost disappeared. Add boiling water and evaporated milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Boil on top of stove about 30 minutes. Also works well with your favorite cheese added.
