Garlic Turkey Breast

Ingredients


6-7 Pounds
Turkey Breast
1 Cup
Water or Broth
½ Cup
Lemon Juice
¼ Cup
Garlic Juice

Directions


Bake in crock pot or roaster for about 3 hours @ 350. Take off the bone and shred. Spoon 1 cup of cooking liquid over meat. Serve on buns. You can also add 1 can cheddar cheese soup to make a gravy for hot turkey sandwiches.

Notes


Garlic juice can be found in the spice aisle. If you can't find any, you can use garlic salt or a few cloves of garlic.
