Hamburger Stroganoff with Noodles

Ingredients


1 Pound
Ground Beef, Browned & Drained
2 Cloves
Garlic, Chopped
2 Tbsp
Flour
2 Tsp
Beef Bouillion
¼ Tsp
Pepper
1 Can
Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup
Water
1 4 1/2 oz. jar
Mushrooms
8 Ounces
Sour Cream, must use regular
2 Tbsp
Parsley, Chopped
1 Pkg
Egg Noodles, Prepare according to pkg directions

Directions


Brown beef and drain. Add garlic, cook and stir. Stir in 1 Tbsp flour, bouillion, and pepper. Cook 1 minute. Add soup, water and mushrooms. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Combine sour cream with remaining 1 Tbsp flour and parsley. Stir into beef mixture and heat through (do not allow to boil). Serve over hot cooked noodles.
