Rhubarb Bread

Ingredients


1 ½ cups
brown sugar
2/3 cup
oil
1
egg
1 cup
sour cream
2 ½ cups
floor
1 ½ cups
rhubarb
1 tsp, each
salt, soda and vanilla
½ cup
nuts, optional
¼ cup
sugar
½ Tbsp
butter, melted

Directions


Mix all ingredients except butter and sugar. Put mixture into two loaf pans. ** Mix butter and sugar. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for one hour. ** You can also use four small pans and then make for only 50 minutes.
