Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients

Pie Crust, unbaked

Eggs
3 Tbsp
Milk
2 Cups
Sugar
½ Cup
Flour
4 Cups
Rhubarb, sliced
1 Tbsp
Butter

Directions


Mix eggs, milk, sugar and flour. Add rhubarb. Pour into pie crust and dot top with butter. Bake at 400° for 50-60 minutes until nicely browned. Serve slightly warm.
