Rhubarb Pie

Pie Crust
3 Cups
Rhubarb, finely cut
1 Cup
Sugar
2 Tbsp
Flour
1
Egg

Directions


Mix sugar, flour and egg together. Add rhubarb. Pour into a 9" pis pan lined with unbaked crust. Top with second crust. Bake at 350° until done. (For a softer filling omit egg.)
