Carrot Cake

Eggs
1 Cup
Sugar
¾ Cup
Oil
1 ¼ Cup
Flour
1 tsp
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Baking Soda
½ tsp
Salt
12 ounces
Carrot Baby Food
4 ounces
Cream Cheese
¼ Cup
Butter, softened
1 tsp
Vanilla
1 Cup
Powdered Sugar

Directions


Blend eggs, sugar and oil with mixer. In separate bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt. Add to egg mixture along with carrot baby food. Mix well and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. For frosting, beat together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and powdered sugar.
