Preheat oven to 375°. Beat sugars and butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed about 3 minutes or until fluffy. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in walnuts and chocolate. Drop dough by level ¼ cupfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fork. Bake 11-14 minutes or until edges are light brown (center will be soft). Cool 3-4 minutes on cookie sheet, then remove to wire rack.
