Snickers Santa Surprise Cookies

Ingredients


18 ounces
Peanut Butter Cookie Dough, refrigerated
18 Pieces
Snickers Minis, unwrapped
16 ounces
Vanilla Frosting
Red and Green Food Coloring

Directions


Preheat oven to 375°. Divide the dough into 1 Tablespoon pieces and flatten. Place a Snickers Mini in the center of each piece of dough. Form the dough into a ball around each Snickers piece. Place on non-stick cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes and then move them to a baking rack or waxed paper to cool completely. Divide the frosting into two bowls. Tint one bowl green and the other bowl red. Place the frosting into separate re-sealable bags. Snip off a corner from each bag and drizzle the cookies with frosting. *Optional - Gently blend ¼ cup all purpose flour with the cookie dough prior to dividing for a firmer dough.
