White Chip Island Cookies

Ingredients


1 2/3 Cups
Flour
¾ tsp
Baking Powder
½ tsp
Baking Soda
½ tsp
Salt
1 ½ Sticks
Butter, softened
¾ Cup
Brown Sugar, packed
1/3 Cup
Sugar
1 tsp
Vanilla
1
Egg
2 Cups
Nestle Toll House Premier White Morsels
1 Cup
Coconut Flakes

Directions


Preheat oven to 375°. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and coconut. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 8-11 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes and then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
