Simple Lasagna

Ingredients


1 Pkg
Lagagna Noodles, Cook, drain and put in cool water
2 Pounds
Ground Beef, Browned & Drained
2 Tsp
Italian Seasoning
2 Tsp
Salt
½ Tsp
Garlic Powder
½ Tsp
Pepper
4 15 oz. cans
Tomato Sauce
8 Cups
Mozzarella Cheese, Grated

Directions


Stir seasonings and tomato sauce into browned ground beef. Simmer slowly for 20 minutes. Arrange one layer of noodles in parallel strips in bottom of two greased 9 x 13 pans. Top with 1/3 of the meat mixture, then 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers ending with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
