Porcupine Meatballs

Ingredients

Egg
2 Cans
Tomato Soup
½ Cup
Minute Rice
1 Tbsp
Parsley
1 Tsp
Onion Salt
¼ Tsp
Pepper
1 Pound
Ground Beef
¼ Cup
Worcestershire Sauce

Directions


Lightly beat egg. Add one heaping Tbsp of soup and mix lightly. Mix in rice, parsley, onion salt and pepper. Mix in beef. Form mixture into 1 ½ inch round meatballs. Brown meatballs in skillet until browned on all sides. Combine remaining soup and worcestershire. Stir until smooth, then pour over meatballs. Cover with lid and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
