Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients


2/3 Cups
Raw Wild Rice

Chicken Breasts, Cooked & Cubed
3 Cups
Chicken Broth
4 Cups
Water
4 Stalks
Celery, Chopped
1 Medium
Onion, Chopped
3
Carrots, Chopped
1 Pkg
Mushrooms, Sliced
1 Stick
Butter
¼ Tsp
Poultry Seasoning
1 ½ Tsp
Nature's Seasoning
½ Tsp
Rosemary
2 Cups
Half & Half
½ Cup
Flour

Directions


Cook chicken in broth and water. Saute celery, onion, carrots and mushrooms in butter. Add to chicken and broth. Add seasonings. Cook for 30 minutes. Add half & half. Mix flour with water and add to soup to thicken.
