Chewy Butterscotch Bars

Ingredients


2/3 Cup
Brown Sugar
½ Cup
Soft Butter
2
Eggs
1 Tsp
Vanilla
½ Cup
Flour
1 Pkg
Instant Butterscotch Pudding
¼ Tsp
Salt
¾ Cup
Quick Oats

Directions


Cream sugar and butter until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well (may seem curdled) Add flour, salt and pudding. Stir in oats. Bake in a 9-inch pan @ 350 for 30-35 minutes. After baking sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
