Coconut Pecan Frosting

Ingredients


1 Cup
Evaporated Milk
3
Egg Yolks
½ Cup
Butter
1 Cup
Sugar
1 Tsp
Vanilla
1 Cup
Pecans, Chopped to size you like
1 1/3 Cups
Coconut

Directions


Mix milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Add coconut and pecans. Beat until spreadable. Frost cooled cake immediately. Makes 2 ½ cups of frosting.
