Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

2 Cups

Brown Sugar

2 Cups

White Sugar

1 Cup

Shortning

1 Cup

Butter

6

Eggs

2 Tsp

Vanilla

½ Tsp

Salt

2 Tsp

Baking Soda

2 Tsp

Cream of Tartar

1 12 oz bag

Chocolate Chips

6 ½ Cups

Flour

Directions

Cream sugars, shortning and butter until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Mix salt, soda, cream of tartar and flour together. Blend into batter. Bake @ 375 for 12-14 minutes.
