Bread Pudding

Ingredients


2 Cups
Milk
1 ½ Cups
Dry Bread Cubes
¼ Cup
Sugar
¼ Tsp
Salt
1
Egg
½ Tsp
Vanilla
2 Tbsp
Soft Butter
½ Cup
Raisins

Directions


Scald the milk. Pour over the bread and cool slightly. Combine sugar, salt and egg. Add the milk mixture, then add the vanilla, butter and raisins. Pour into a casserole. Set casserole in a shallow pan of hot water. Bake @ 325 for 45 minutes.
