Fool Proof Pie Crust

Ingredients


5 Cups
Flour
2 Cups
Lard
1 Tbsp
Sugar
2 Tsp
Salt
1
Egg
1 Tbsp
Vinegar
½ Cup
Water

Directions


Mix flour, lard, sugar and salt. Beat egg, vinegar and water together. Stir into dry ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Roll out and put in pie tins. Makes 6 crusts.
