Ingredients

Eggs
1 16 oz can
Pumpkin
1 Cup
Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp
Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Tbsp
Flour
½ Tsp
Salt
1 13 oz can
Evaporated Milk
1
9" Unbaked Pie Shell

Directions


Combine eggs and pumpkin. Blend in sugar, spice, flour and salt. Mix well. Blend in milk. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake @ 425 for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking 40-45 minutes until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool.
