Cream Cheese Mints

Ingredients


2 oz
Cream Cheese
½ Tsp
Mint Flavoring
1 ¾ Cups
Powdered Sugar

Directions


Mix ingredients together. Roll into small balls. Dip in granulated sugar and press into mold. Unmold onto waxed paper. Let set up. Freezes well.

Notes


For apricot color: use 4 yellow drops and 2 red. For black color: use equal amounts of red, yellow and blue 8 oz cream cheese & 1 (2lb) powdered sugar
