Rollingstone Dressing

Ingredients


½ Loaf
Dry Bread
1 Pound
Ground Beef
½ Cup
Celery, Cut fine or chopped
1 Large
Onion, Cut fine or chopped
1 Tsp
Summer Savory
2 Tsp
Salt
2
Eggs, Beaten
Cream

Directions


Put bread in cold water and squeeze dry. Put in large mixing bowl. Add ground beef to equal the bread. Fry onion and celery in butter. Put in bowl with ground beef and bread. Add eggs, summer savory and salt. Mix well. Brown in butter. Add cream if dressing seems dry. Bake @ 350 for 1 ½ hours. Stir occasionally. Add more cream to keep moist.
