Spinach Dip

Ingredients


10 Ounces
Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed & drained
16 Ounces
Sour Cream
1 Cup
Miracle Whip or Mayo
1 Pkg
Knorr Veg Soup & Dip Mix
8 Ounces
Waterchestnuts, optional, drained & chopped

Green or White Onions, optional, chopped

Directions


In a medium bowl, stir everything together until well mixed. Cover and chill for 2 hours to blend flavors. Stir well. If desired, spoon into round pumpernickel bread bowl. Serve with cut up vegetables or chips. Sheri's preference: Keebler Onion Crackers, Breton Round Crackers, Tollhouse or Ritz Crackers. For variation add 2 Cups shredded Swiss cheese
