Place frozen rolls in two 9 x 13 pans. Mix together sugars, butter and ice cream. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Pour over rolls. Sprinkle with nuts. Put the uncovered pans into a cold oven. The rolls will thaw and raise overnight. The next morning, bake @ 350 for 20-25 minutes. Watch them carefully because they brown quickly. You may need a sheet of aluminum foil to prevent browning. Spread with icing in Rhodes Rolls.
