Bacon and Cheddar Muffins

Ingredients


2 cups
Bisquick
2/3 cup
Milk
¼ cup
Vegetable oil
1
Egg
1 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded
½ pound
Bacon

Directions


Heat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients (except cheese and bacon) until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Fold in cheese and bacon. Spoon into muffin tin.

Makes 12 muffins.
