Cream cheese, softened

Salt
12 ounces
Chocolate chips
3 cups
Flour
2 cups
Sugar
8 tablespoons
Cocoa
2 teaspoons
Baking soda
1 teaspoon
Salt
2 cups
Water
2 tablepoons
Vinegar
1 cup
Oil
2 teaspoons
Vanilla

Directions


Beat cream cheese, eggs, 1 c. sugar and dash of salt. Stir in chips. Set aside. Combine flour and 2 c. sugar. Add cocoa and mix. Add soda and mix. Add 1 tsp. salt and mix. Add water, vinegar, oil and vanilla. Line muffin tin with paper baking cups. Fill cups ½ full with chocolate batter. Top with heaping Tablespoon of cream cheese batter. Bake at 350∞ for 30 minutes.
